Children 17 and under accompanied by adults..............$18 per child per day



Organized youth groups (church, scout, school, etc.) 18 and under accompanied by adult

For organized youth groups, the $75 cleaning fee is required



There is a Lincoln City room tax of 9.5% required (There are a few exceptions with Non-Prophet Tax ID Number. These rules have changed, call for details)





Dunlap has 4 bedrooms with double beds, each having a TV in the room, and a sliding glass door out to a balcony deck with wonderful lake views.

There are also 2 bunkrooms, one that sleeps 6 and the other sleeps 2.

In addition, there is a hide-a-bed and a double roll-a-way bed on the main floor



For your stay, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and/or sleeping bags, and towels

The kitchen is fully supplied with all the dishes, pot & pans, and utensils you would need.
